Cancellation Policy: No refund will be issued for any reason. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking.

Due to condo association restrictions, the minimum rental period is 30 days. The HOA requires the completion of registration paperwork including a basic rental agreement. These forms can be completed online and will be sent via email after your booking is confirmed. Please note, the rates will show a little higher due to direct fees that go to the HOA: $400 move-in/move-out, $50 for gym (up to 2 people), $25 for car decal (1 car, optional to go into resident lane). There is also a one-time cleaning fee ($200).;
